Neil Tunmore
Chief Operating Officer

Neil Tunmore has an unusual background in that he spent the majority of his career at one company, Intel Corporation. His extensive experience includes senior positions in Finance, HR, Facilities and Construction. Throughout his career he focused on execution, strong leadership and clarity of strategy and vision. But, driving positive change has been what has driven him year after year. While senior roles in HR and Finance gave him the opportunity to learn strong leadership skills and fiduciary responsibility, the challenge of driving change in the construction industry drew him to facilities management and global construction.
In his Corporate Vice President position he spent 12 years leading the operations of 50M sqft of factory and office space, $5-10B a year of construction spending and a team of 2000 employees and 50,000 contractors. His role was so diverse he simultaneously led the Environmental, Health and Safety team, Internal Security and the corporate airline of 6 jets.
He has also worked in the construction general contracting industry as either a consultant or Chief Operating Officer.
Neil is drawn to innovation and disruption in the construction industry. He has been a champion of trying new methods and materials and loves the opportunity to drive costs down while increasing quality and execution speed. He sees great opportunities for owners, suppliers and the trades to work together in an integrated supply chain and partnership to eliminate waste and increase profit for all.
